Our volunteer Research Officer can carry out limited research for you using our Devonport Branch Library and local resources.
For this service a small fee is charged, these are currently:
TFHS INC. MEMBERS $A15.00 Per Hour
NON-MEMBERS $A25.00 initial request (up to 1 hour, and $20 for additional hours)
Photocopying and postage extra.
Important
Please Note:We endeavour to deal with research requests as quickly as possible but quite often requests cannot be handled immediately or may require other resources outside our branch library or perhaps a trip to take a photograph.
Our researchers are all volunteers and our fees are a fraction of what you'd pay a professional researcher, so please be patient with your requests and be assured we will deal with them as quickly as we can.
All queries should be accompanied with a pedigree and/or family
group chart and a self-addressed, stamped, business sized envelope.
